Pastor Stephen Joiner is suing the city of Columbus in Mississippi, because he was arrested for holding a sign against abortion.  If you recall, we gave you the story about this pastor when he was first arrested.  However, he is taking it a step further, because he should not have been arrested for just holding a sign against something that is ruining humanity.  In this country there is a such a thing as Freedom of Speech and by Pastor Joiner being arrested clearly reveals he has a case.
