This is an update, regarding the fatal crash that injured three people and killed one as Tracy Morgan is yet in critical condition. Kevin Roper sat in a state of embarrassment as he faced the judge with his attorney. He didn't say much, but the judge placed restrictions for him not to go anywhere without his attorney's knowledge. Really he should not be able to drive anywhere, after what happened, but at least he has restrictions.
