Wow, we wonder if God approves of this installation service? It seems like whoever is in the list of popular black preachers, they will support them, no matter what. Doesn't anyone care how the board of directors allegedly disrespected Pastor Joel Peebles? Doesn't anyone look at the history of Jericho City of Praise? In our opinion any real man or woman of God should make them apologize for all the hell they took him through; for he is the son of the late Dr. Betty Peebles.
In our opinion, it's wrong for anyone to take over a church that has allegedly wronged it's previous pastor. For example, it's just like a woman marrying a man who committed adultery on his wife. Once she gets him he will do the same thing to her and we see this in the Spirit in this situation with Dr. Schulark taking over the late Dr. Betty Peebles church. If they did her son wrong, what makes her or Jakes think everything will go smooth in the future?
We say to Schulark and Jakes, 'go ahead show off in September, celebrate, but don't forget, God never forgets those who have been persecuted. Furthermore, He does not place high profile pastors above those who have struggled in the ministry. He does not have a section of the who's who of black preachers in His Kingdom. At the end of everyone's life, we must stand before Jesus Christ and it is very important for each and everyone of us to hear Him say, 'Well done, thy good and faithful servant.'
