Texas church deacon charged with Murder back in 1981

This church Deacon in Mineola Texas is guilty of murder, allegedly.  Joseph Lewis Miller changed his name to Roy Eugene Eubanks and moved away from Pennsylvania 33 years ago.  Allegedly, Miller is accused of killing Thomas Waller in a parking lot adjacent to a hotel in January 1981.  It's so sad this 78 year old man may spend the rest of his life in prison.

Joseph Lewis Miller spent more than 33 years hiding, ducking police for a murder charge out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, according to a statement from U.S. Marshal Martin Pane.
