Pastor Daryl Gilyard has been given permission to preach in the midst of children under age 18, as long as they are supervised by adults. In case you don't recall, Pastor Gilyard was convicted of molesting two young girls that attended his church, allegedly. Although, some people in the community who believe he has been given special privileges, there are some parents who feel people change.
Praise God, if we don't see change through this man's life, then how can we expect change among sex offenders we witness to who are not a part of the church?
