Oprah Winfrey allegedly says that Donald Sterling comments are a sign of a 'Plantation Mentality'. Well, we agree with her on this one, simply because many white supremacists act the same way in the workplace, college or any other organization. Some will manipulate blacks against the others and in some case they will turn younger blacks against older ones, it happens all the time. The question is, when are African Americans going to start loving themselves and each other? Because what you give out always comes back to effect the entire race of people. There is modern day slavery going on all over America.
One of the main reasons why Sterling's case outraged many black people, is because he is famous. The plantation mentality is nothing new and the only way to stop it, is for many blacks African Americans, old, middle age and young, is to admit they have also took part in it by submitting to modern day slave-masters by willingly mistreating and killing their own kind.
